Our precision molding technique is different from rapid tool’s MUD system. Precision molding applies one mold base for one mold. This molding process is suitable for large volume production. After the stage of rapid tooling, you will move forward to large volume production phase. If you need large production batch, you can go with precision mold solution. Wintech will manufacture precision mold based on your request. Since we have more than 30 injection machines in house, it is convenient for us to run large production for you. All the machines is facilitated with robotic hand, which will accelerate production workflow. In this way, the lead time will be greatly reduced. If you need, you can import the mold tool and run production locally.
